PR: Butterick 5335

Morning everyone πŸ™‚

I made a jacket and here is the review. I hear I should visit G Street Fabrics while I’m in DC, if you live in the surrounding areas let me know so we can meet πŸ™‚

Pattern Description: Lined jacket A has pleated, raglan sleeves, pockets, gathered collar with casing, drawstring and snap closures.

Pattern Sizing: I cut a size 8

Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? Yes

Were the instructions easy to follow? Super Easy

What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern? I like the pattern as a whole, its a cute little jacket.

Fabric Used: Very Lightweight Denim but I think I may make it again in a linen.

Pattern Alterations or any design changes you made: None

Would you sew it again? Yes in a linen or cotton blend.

Would you recommend it to others? yep, it’s totally cute.

Conclusion: Nice jacket and pretty quick project too considering it is lined and has pockets πŸ™‚

  1. Too cute!! I couldn’t picture it in denim with the yellow drawing of it on the front, but I love how yours came out. I need this pattern now.
